We need maximum 6 months time to bring the steady business for your hotel, but some positive factors will help us to achieve the regular business better earlier.
- We have all the features for the Arab guest, if we can offer the quality service definitely we can shine in the Arab market, so we can achieve 60% of occupancy for July and August.
- Our fist off season will feel in the month of March, April, Jun & Sep, there we are expecting 40% of occupancy. (We can hope that positive costumer s feedback will facilitate to get more occupancy for those months also).
